Oswualdo Flores
Veterinary Assistant

Oswualdo is a veterinary assistant who has been working at Healthy Pets Veterinary Services since its opening in 2009.

He enjoys soccer, singing, playing guitar, and going to the beach in his free time.

He also does cat sitting in the Brooklyn area.

He lives in Brooklyn with his dog Nilo.

Fayme Cai
Volunteer

A Brooklyn native, Fayme has volunteered and worked at Healthy Pets since 2014. She is a current Cornell veterinary student who lends a hand whenever she is back in the city. Fayme enjoys singing, dancing, playing musical instruments, and a lot of reading. She is also a licensed wildlife rehabilitator, and works in the Cornell University Hospital for Animals ICU as well. Fayme has a dog named Ruby and a cat named Crystal (nickname: Evil Egg).

Aliyah Tupacyupanqui

Aliyah joined the team in July of 2018 and has been working with us ever since. She has always had a passion to work with animals ever since she was a little girl.  She is currently a full time student at College of Staten Island studying biology. Aliyah is also a skilled artist, and some of her paintings can be viewed on the front windows of the clinic. She also enjoys playing soccer and spending time with family and friends. But most importantly, she loves to spend time with her dog, Bubba and cat, Ninja.  

Yiannis Stathopoulous
Licensed Veterinary Technician

Yiannis is a Licensed Veterinary Technician who began his journey with us in the Summer of 2017.  Since then, he has graduated with his Associate's in Veterinary Technology and is currently with us part time as he takes classes in preparation for Veterinary school.  He began his journey in the world of veterinary medicine back in high school, when he began volunteering in wildlife rehabilitation.  His hobbies include photography, skiing, and traveling.  He loves to spend time with his dog Ruby and his tortoise Jojo.
